- In 2012, Professor Ko Kyung-seok from Korea was the first from an Asian
country to contribute to the third revised edition of the official textbook,
New Neligan’s Plastic Surgery, for plastic surgeons worldwide.
In 2017, he also contributed to the fourth edition, writing in facial aesthetic
surgery and jaw reconstruction, elevating the global stature of Korean plastic
surgery techniques.
