Kardashian Sister Who’s Getting More Beautiful Opens Up About All the Plastic Surgeries and Treatments She’s Had — What Were They?
Chloe Kardashian (41), the American TV personality and model famously known as Kim Kardashian’s sister, has for the first time openly revealed the plastic surgeries and aesthetic treatments she has undergone. On June 28 (local time), Chloe commented on an Instagram post addressing rumors about her cosmetic procedures, directly sharing her beauty maintenance secrets for the first time. The Kardashian family is widely known for numerous surgeries and treatments, but Chloe had never openly discussed her own experiences until now. Renowned British plastic surgeon Jonathan Batteridge posted on Instagram that Chloe, now 41, “has gradually transformed her appearance over the years.” He noted that while she mentioned dieting, photo comparisons suggest she’s undergone surgeries and treatments on several areas, including her nose. Responding, Chloe said, “I’ll take the compliments as praise,” and added, “I want to be honest about my past and share what I’ve done.” She revealed, “I had rhinoplasty and received Botox and salmon injections,” also noting that gradually losing 36 kg helped. What Effects Do Chloe Kardashian’s Treatments Actually Have? Botox to Reduce Wrinkles, Salmon Injections to Boost Skin Elasticity Rhinoplasty, the surgery Chloe had on her nose, is one of the most common cosmetic surgeries after eyelid procedures. Surgeries often focus on the nasal bridge, tip, nostrils, columella (the middle wall between nostrils), and alar base. Usually, the nasal tip is adjusted to raise or lower the overall nose height. Botox, which Chloe received, involves injecting botulinum toxin into muscles. It blocks nerve signals, preventing muscle use and thereby smoothing wrinkles, especially fine lines around the eyes and forehead. The salmon injection Chloe mentioned, also called polynucleotide (PN) therapy, involves injecting purified DNA extracts from salmon sperm into the skin. This stimulates collagen and keratinocyte (skin cell) production. Dr. Insoo Kirk of ONUL Plastic Surgery explained, “It aids the regeneration of damaged cells and helps improve skin resilience.” Polynucleotides promote healthier cell growth, increase skin density and elasticity, and reduce inflammation and redness. However, these surgeries and treatments can cause side effects and should be carefully discussed with a specialist. Diet for Sharper Facial Features As Chloe mentioned, significant weight loss reduces facial fat, making bones more prominent and facial features more defined. Dr. Kirk recommends dieting before undergoing plastic surgery. “If multiple procedures are planned, the overall facial shape should be considered, and surgeries tailored accordingly,” he said. However, rapid weight loss can cause skin sagging, as both moisture and fat under the skin diminish. To prevent sagging, it is best to avoid crash diets and instead lose weight gradually with a healthy diet, just as Chloe did. |
